The Perfectly Flawed Foundation serves as an entry point for individuals and families looking for assistance in addressing issues related to substance use.
We promote a message of safety, improvement, seeking purpose and empowering individuals to be in the driver's seat of their lives. We offer non-judgmental, one-on-one support, facilitation of weekly peer-led support groups and other basic needs. When requested, we assist with treatment navigation, basic needs, food assistance and transportation assistance to support groups, court, jobs, treatment and other appointments.
