The Perfectly Flawed Foundation reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any organized or sponsored event, without the expressed written permission of those included with the photograph/video.  The Perfectly Flawed Foundation may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by The Perfectly Flawed Foundation including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, newspapers, magazines, presentations, websites, etc.

 

A person attending a Perfectly Flawed event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact The Perfectly Flawed Foundation at team@perfectlyflawed.org, in writing of his/her intentions.

 

By participating in a Perfectly Flawed event or by failing to notify The Perfectly Flawed Foundation, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Perfectly Flawed, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify The Perfectly Flawed Foundation from any and all claims involving the use of your pictures or likeness.

 

Any person or organization not affiliated with The Perfectly Flawed Foundation may not use, copy, alter or modify Perfectly Flawed photographs, graphics, videography or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from The Perfectly Flawed Foundation.
